More comunication with the client during the process.

The communications could have definitely been better. I had to continuously followup on the status and I am now still pending confirmation on the insurance policy which was supposed to be part of the escrow.

The communications regarding a difference in the down payment (20% vs 30% were not clear and thankfully I had the funds to cover the difference, but that process could have been better as well) I have had multiple transactions with Gold/AmCap and this transaction was not my same experience,. I understand that purchasing a condo adds complexity, and purchasing a condo in the state of Florida adds additional complexity, but those complexities could have been communicated better and the communications could have been improved.

Jose Conde's experience, knowledge and amazing customer service made my refinancing process quick and painless with maximizing results. His team was very professional and kept me informed all throughout the loan. I had a great customer experience because of Jose and his team, and will definitely recommend
