I'm compelled to write a review for this experience...Crystal was amazing throughout the course of this transaction. She has to be one of the most transparent lenders out there and because of her tenacity and communication, it helped bring this transaction to the finish line. Way to go...I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. If Crystal is on your side, be confident that she will go above and beyond for her clients to get you to your goal.

Thu Phi has amazing customer service. She makes the home buying process so easy. I highly recommend using her and her team to buy your house.

I have been going to Thu Phi for years for my mortgage needs. She helped me with my loan when I became a first homebuyer. I had the best experience because she was there to answer any questions I have and guide me to prepare my credit and whatever is needed so I can get the best rate. Since then I have refer over my family and friends whenever they need a loan.

Thu Phi was a blessing to connect with. Qualifying for a mortgage and owning a house was something I thought would be near impossible being self employed but she worked with me and made it happen. Very grateful!

Thu Phi offers a very professional approach with optimal organization in getting your mortgage. She keeps you on your toes, toe nails if one is not organized whilst collecting all required information. Yet her and the staff's friendly demeanors shine through. Buying a home, for most, is the biggest transaction one undertakes, wrought with a plethora of unanswered questions. This brings much angst, primarily attributed to the vast hurdles one must go over to make sure it is done correctly. With Thu, she jumps those hurdles for you. And her attentive approach brings a sense of calmness to a potentially stressful situation. I've used her services on multiple purchases and will continue to do so in the future. Five stars and beyond.

After experience with another lender who did not care or keep me looped in, you can imagine my relief when we worked with Thu and her Team. The interest rate was super low compared to other companies. I was kept informed at all times of delays and problems. Great to work with.

Easy to work with even long distance. We were purchasing a property in Texas while we lived in GA.

John talked me through the entire refinance process, multiple times, making sure I understood the decision we were making. He is an excellent communicator and I trusted him throughout the entire process.

Brad was very thorough and helpful thru out the process of buying a new Home.

Brad is absolutely amazing to work with! I told him I was a first time home buyer and he took time to educate me on each step of the process. He was incredibly responsive and cheerful while helping to get me into a house that I love.

I usually do not leave reviews unless they are really warranted. If I could give both Daniela and Janet 10 stars I would in a blink of an eye! This was my 4th personal closing and by far the smoothness transaction all due to Daniela and Janet. Their attention to detail and sense of urgency made a for flawless and seamless closing.
